Do not sell or share my personal information
At Tealbee, we respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how we use personal information.
Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provide residents with rights regarding their personal information, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights.
Understanding "Sale" and "Sharing"
Under California and other state privacy laws:
- "Sale" means disclosing personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration
- "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising)
Our Data Practices
Does Tealbee Sell Personal Information?
No. We do not sell personal information for money. We never exchange your data for direct payment.
Does Tealbee Share Personal Information for Targeted Advertising?
Yes. We share certain personal information with advertising partners to show you relevant ads for our products when you visit other websites, apps, and social media platforms.
What We Share and With Whom
We use advertising technologies from:
- Google Ads (Google LLC)
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram - Meta Platforms, Inc.)
- TikTok Ads (TikTok Inc.)
These platforms place cookies and pixels on our website that collect information such as:
- Pages you visit on our Site and products you view
- Your device and browser information
- Your approximate location (based on IP address)
- Browsing patterns and interests
This information is shared with advertising platforms to:
- Show you ads tailored to potential interests in our products on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other websites
- Help us reach potential customers who may be interested in our products
- Measure how well our advertising campaigns are performing
Under state privacy laws like CCPA/CPRA, this type of sharing is considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising," and you have the right to opt out. Your opt-out applies to the use of personal information for targeted advertising and does not affect other lawful uses of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.
How to Opt Out of Sharing
You have multiple options to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising:
Option 1: Submit an Opt-Out Request by Email
Email us at hello@tealbee.com with:
- Subject line: "Opt-Out Request" or "Do Not Share Request"
- Include: Your name and email address
We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law and confirm once your opt-out is in effect.
You do not need to create an account to submit this request.
Option 2: Use Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If you visit our website with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled in your browser or browser extension, we will automatically treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
To enable GPC:
- Use a browser that supports GPC (such as certain versions of Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo browsers)
- Install a GPC browser extension for Chrome, Edge, Safari, or other browsers
- Visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org to learn more and download tools
Option 3: Industry Opt-Out Tools
You can also opt out of targeted advertising from many companies through these industry tools:
- Digital Advertising Alliance: https://optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative: https://optout.networkadvertising.org
Note: These tools set opt-out cookies in your browser. If you clear your cookies, you'll need to opt out again.
What Happens When You Opt Out
When you opt out of sharing for targeted advertising:
✅ We will stop using your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
✅ We will not use your information to build, refresh, or target advertising audiences
✅ We will honor applicable opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law
✅ You can continue to use our Site and make purchases without any restrictions
✅ You will continue to receive transactional communications (such as order confirmations and shipping updates)
You may still see advertisements for Tealbee products, but they will not be personalized based on your activity on our Site.
Your opt-out does NOT affect:
- Order fulfillment and customer service
- Contextual advertising
- Analytics used to operate and improve our website
- Marketing emails you have opted into (you may unsubscribe separately)

Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information in our records
