Tealbee Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Tealbee products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email you used to place the order
  3. Select the item you'd like to return and your reason
  4. Submit your request

Once submitted, our team will review your request within 24 hours. You'll receive an email when your return is approved, along with a prepaid return shipping label.

After we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

A $6 restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). This fee is waived for defective products.


Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or has a defect, we'll take care of it — no return shipping needed.

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Select "Defective Product" and upload a photo of the issue
  3. Our team will review the photo and process your refund directly

You won't need to ship anything back. Once approved, your refund will be issued immediately.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, simply:

  1. Submit a return for a refund through our Returns Portal
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd like

This is the fastest way to get the right product in your hands.


Checking Your Return Status

You can check the status of your return anytime on our Returns Portal. Just click "Check your return status" and enter your order number and email.
